1.	An initial deposit of 50% of the total price will be payable before we start work on your project. In doing this, you are accepting our Terms and Conditions.
2.	The final 50% payment of the total price must be paid within 14 days of receipt of our invoice. This will be sent on prompt written acceptance of the printer’s proof. We are unable to return initial deposits after confirmation of order.
3.	Please note: if you are supplying images digitally, each image must be given a name, this will help us to differentiate them. We will check the quality of each image supplied for suitability of printing before we go ahead. We will advise you in writing of the total cost, before the final invoice.
4.	The images provided by you to us must not be an infringement of any existing copyright. They must contain nothing obscene, blasphemous, objectionable, libelous; or other unlawful matter.
5.	On placing your order, you are guaranteeing that you have obtained the rights to use the images you are providing us with and that the rights on these images have been released for the use for your job.
6.	Any copyright issues that may arise will be your own responsibility and will not involve us outside of providing a copy of this agreement.
7.	Please supply a colour swatch for any important colours you require, to enable us to match them as closely as possible.
8.	We will supply you with laser proofs at text-proofing stage. This will be followed by a proof from the printer.
9.	While we will do our best to match your required colours, laser proofs and printed proofs can differ slightly in appearance, due to variations in paper quality and ink.
